Dec 18, 2011 · We are having the same problem with the accuride soft close slides not working properly. Sometimes it will close the drawer all the way and sometimes it won't. Drawer slides freely till it engages the mechanism. The piston is there to slow the drawer down so the concealed springs above and below the piston pull the drawer in slowly.
